Техническое задание

I need an ea that places pending orders - buy stop and sell stop, a specific step from the current price.

 - The step has to be configurable

 - I need the option to choose the hour, the minute and also the second, and it has to work even if there are no ticks. That is very important. The ea has to able to place the orders even if there are no ticks for like 10 seconds. My market watch time in metatrader is counting ALMOST every second, so it would not be a big deal if the orders got placed 1-3 seconds later than the set time.

 - Configurable TP and SL levels

 - Breakeven option.  

 - Configurable lot size. 

 - Expiration time.

Thats pretty much it.
