I want to create a indicator in trading view platform

I would like to create a tradingview indicator from pinescript

Indicator is based off MACD.

Only need the MACD line, disregard the other parts of the MACD.

When MACD crosses the zero line (coordinate = 0 on the x axis of the MACD), indicator should indicate buy or sell arrow on the PRICE chart

If cross up, buy arrow

If cross down, sell arrow

Option/input to filter trades. The indicator should filter buy/sell signals by checking to see if price is under or above the 200 EMA. If it is above, then only buy signals. If below, only sell signals.

Due to the simplicity of the indicator, deadline is 2 days.
