I'm looking for someone who is able to duplicate a simple free EA that already exists.  I do not have the source code so it would need to be re-made from scratch; however, the bot is relatively straightforward as it is a simple hedging EA.

I also need some more robust features added onto it such as trading time and date filters as well as max spread.

The most critical aspect to the bot will need to be a smart money management feature that keeps positions from ballooning too large and if and when the position gets too big, it cuts losses quickly to keep drawdown at a minimum.
