Add Alert and push notification to three indicators MT5

The three indicators are: Trend Scalp, Premium Stochastics and Ozymandias

- For Trend Scalp indicator and Premium Stochastics indicator alerts with push notification add buy trade and close buy trade, add sell trade and close sell trade

- For Ozymandias alerts add alert buy trade when it crosses the upper band towards up and close trade when it crosses down the upper band, for sell trade when it crosses the lower band towards down and close sell trade when it crosses the lower band upward

- For the Ozymandias add ability to widen or lower the width of the band in points, to change the color of the Ozymandias Channel for each line, add green color for candles when they are in buy position, grey color when they in neutral position in the middle of channel, and red color when in sell position and ability to change candle colors
