Техническое задание

Hi, developers!! I am looking for an genuine developer who can create an EA. I was looking to place buy trades if the +DI was "any number" higher than the -DI using the ADX 14 (I would want to be able to change this as well) 

I would want it to place orders at the close of the bar on any time period.

It also must be able to be higher or lower then 3 moving averages.

It would have to be able to be used on all currency pairs as well as time frames.  All of this reversed for sell orders. I would need it to scan several pairs on multiple timeframes to find these setups.
