Looking for a programmer to create a panel to control the risk for each robot on a master account

HI, 

What i'm looking for is: 

- I have a few accounts where several robots are working together trdaing different pairs. Some of the robots are trading multiple pairs, and some of those will have different magic numbers (MN) for each pair (attached to the charts one by one) and some robots will trade multiple pairs from one chart under one magic number. 

- my goal is to control the risk each robot and each pair (with individual MN) poses to the master account, by limiting how much of the deposit they can use. I must be able to do it by both giving a $ figure and a percantegae (of the total account) - and whichever I choose the other should be calculated and displayed. 


I'll give a lot of actual examples for the selected programmer. Due to the various set ups I have however flexibility is crucial. MT4.
