Техническое задание

I have writen a concept of an EA I want and I need a MQL4-5 programer to code it. The EA uses a double grid EA system, averaging and hedging for recovering from DDs. The robot dynamically adapts to the market conditions, operating in three different modes: regular, trend following, and recovery. The programmer should have previous experience in coding recovery algorithm. I need the EA for MT4 and MT5, optimised settings files, source code with comments and licence. The possibility of having at least 5 revisions should be included in the offer.
