Existing indicator needs timer/counter CSV timestamp

This project is to create a timer/counter timestamp to record Alert within seconds "00:00:00" and Expiry for 60 seconds "00:01:00" or 300 seconds "00:05:00" and record to csv file, which will simulate binary options turbo platform.

This can be as follows:

Alert @ hh:mm:25 capture EUR/USD value/rate, Expiry hh:m1:25 capture EUR/USD value/rate (for 60 seconds)

Alert @ hh:mm:02 capture USD/JPY value/rate, Expiry hh:m5:02 capute USD/JPY value/rate (for 300 seconds)

My indicator has an existing csv file that records alerts from other indicators and close of candle, which does not really simulate binary options. It only records hh:mm
