Техническое задание

   Looking for someone experienced in pinescipt and mql4 who understands a little about the RSI formula.  I need a simple RSI indicator modified. The standard RSI uses a moving average to calculate the up and down averages of the formula.  I want that changed to an exponential average.  I will also need an alert push notification in the settings to alert me if price hits the extreme levels designated in the settings.   I would like this indicator done for MT4 and for Tradingview.  Looking for a price quote.
