Robot for MT4 slide orders SELL STOP BUY STOP

I need a robot for MT4 to place an order to buy (BUY STOP) and sell (SELL STOP) at +3 from the ASK or -3 from the BID, respectively (if buy, then + sell, then -). Pending orders should follow the price and change with every tick until the 1 minute candlestick stops.  The minute has ended - the movement of orders has stop.

Orders must be self-canceling - this means that when 1 order is triggered, the second pending order is simultaneously deleted.
