Техническое задание

Hi. I need a very easy bot, it just need to check the price within some seconds and if in that time the price is increased or decreased for some points, execute buy or sell action.

So for example for EUR/USD i need to set:

Seconds: 30
Points: 0.0003
TP: 60
SL: 30

So if the price of EUR/USD is increased by 0.0003 points: buy 
And if within 30 seconds the price is decreased by 0.0003 points: sell

and set TP and SL ofcourse
