Техническое задание

I need a function for an EA (MT5) that returns the current available value from the index  EVZ (Euro currency Volatility) from CBOE  (Chicago Board Options Exchange). Data can be found here:

or here:

https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/$EVZ 

The function should run both in backtesting mode and in real, live trading.
