Техническое задание

I need some one to create an EA based on the following terms :


1. EA will buy / sell according to arrow on chart from an indicator. It should be able to auto detect arrow that I put on chart.

2. For main trend confirmation EA should get confirmation on half trend line  on chart . If half trend shows Blue its buy and Red is sell.

3. I should be able to adjust Sl and TP . Option should be there for auto close at reverse arrow signal.

4. Option should be there for arrow to arrow trade. It means when buy arrow appears it should be able to BUY and exit the trade when SELL arrow appears and at same time take a SELL trade. 

5. Also option should be there that EA can trade with a moving average as well. When moving average changes colour it should be able to auto trade accordingly.
