Create an EA to close half of trade when profit hits specific amount per lot

Like if I have a trade open with 0.06 lots if profit hits $5 per 0.01 lot (total $30) then close half trade (AUTOMATCALLY for any open trade)

so An order should automatically close at Given TP or partially close when it hits $5 per 0.01 lot in profit (whichever comes first).

I want it to have 2 levels, first level will close xx% of of trade when it it hits $yy per 0.01 lots and second level will close the rest EXCEPT the last 0.01 lot at a specific $zz per 0.01 lot. (after the second level is Triggered the order should have only 0.01 lot left open). 

xx, yy, zz are variables I should be able to set ( xx - percentage of order closure in step one, yy, zz - profit per 0.01 lot in both steps)

There should be an option to only enable step 1 or only step 2 or both. (I should be able to use only 1 rule or both rules). 

This should apply to all orders opened in the trading account. 

Also I use another EA to copy signals (open , close or edit trades) from telegram, but I don't think this should be a problem as you can run more than 1 EA in one account right?
