Техническое задание

I need 2 tasks done - it can be done by different people but I need them to work together

Job #1. I need a script (python, or MT4 or any other you suggest) which will check mysql DB from my server for login/password and server of my accounts.
At a specified time it should login to that account on MT4 platform and attach my robot to it.
I have up to 9 different brokers with different accounts. The platforms are running on my VPS

Job #2. I need a way to open automatically demo accounts on 9 different brokers via MT4 api or some other solutions and send this data to mysql DB, this will be used in Job #1. It can be done via API or something else

When applying to this tell me which one can you do, how long, how much and what technological solution will be used for this
