DLL to make a new post in forum

Hi,

as the address i want a library which make a new post to a forum

and this dll must take my user name and password and the location of the forum which will be the posting

for example:

param1 = URL address let's say "http://forum.arabictrader.com"

param2 = Location of forum as "http://forum.arabictrader.com/t140404-1132.html"

param3 = my user name

param4 = my password

param5 = the text which i want to post

param6 = (optional) the path of an image if i want to upload some pictures

very important to work with the site above this is my high priority
