Техническое задание

Hello, I am looking to create a dashboard for strategy that requires different columns for different entry types and news] and daily analysis i have pics and video to help with the understanding of what i want and i need. some of the features has to be created because i don't have and indicator for them. this is a project that requires a skilled coder and one who can stay on task. understand adr and peak formation  low and high and tdi and entry for 15 min. need notifications and daily and 1hr analysis and i want it to look similar to the pic at the bottom. please only apply if you can do the job and don't disappear and understand American English. if you can see abetter way to do what i ask to make it easier i welcome your suggestions. i have a limited budget must be done with in the asking price. if you can not please don't apply or ask for more than what i am able to offer. thank you for considering working with me and your time to this project.
