Техническое задание

Hello developer!


I am looking for someone to program for me an expert advisor for Metatrader 5.
I want somebody with good English writing skills so we can have further discussion about the solutions if needed. Furthermore, I want a good cooperation so I can develop trust that the project is going in the right direction. If anything is not understood clearly it is better to ask before start of the work.
There is no need in writing new indicators. Indicators will be sent to you.
Preferably, I would like somebody with at least some experience in writing an EA before.
The code should be easily manageable so I can later implement new indicators if needed. I think each indicator should be in a separate file.
Please see word document for design specifications. I would be happy if you also suggested any changes to it.

In your proposals, please also include your estimated project price.
