Техническое задание

I need an EA with password protection. There are 2 indicators (Envelopes and Bollinger bands that are built into the platform and which uses the built into the platform settings).  The EA use the Data from the DATA Window to execute trades. Drop down boxes are a must if needed in the input page. Coder must speak English fluently.  Below is an example a trading rules. Rule 2 is the simplest rule and Rule 3 is the most complicated rule.

Rule 2  Buy  Trade


  1. If the  Red  Line is less than the Lower Black Line at the Opening Price

    Then the EA enters a   Buy   trade  ( that will continue on every candle until there is signal for a  Sell  trade ) with the lot size specified in the  Inputs Page  and the EA  exits   all  Buy   trades  when the EA receives a  Sell   signal according to one of the Rules.


Rule 3 Additional  Buy  Trade


      1. If all the Black Lines are  up at the Opening Price

        and

      2. if the  Red Line is between or less than the Middle Black Line and the Lower Black Line

        and

      3. if the  Blue  Line is  not greater than all the other indicator's

        Then the EA enters an additional  Buy trade (that will continue on every candle until there is signal for  Sell trade) that will increase the lot size  specified in the  Inputs Page  and the EA  exits   all  Buy  trades  when the EA receives a  Sell   signal according to one of the Rules.
