Техническое задание

I am looking for someone who can create me an expert advisor based on MA and Parabolic SAR technical indicators on 5 minutes chart.

Parabolic sar

EA uses parabolic SAR and MA to determine entries.

Purchase Position 

When the parbolic SAR switch direction and below MA line and the MA line crosses the rise candle in 5 minutes chart.  A market order is placed at the open of the next candle.

Sell position 

When the parbolic SAR switch direction and above MA line and the MA line crosses the fall candle in 5 minutes chart
