Need a simple indicator to draw trendline between two hours

I want this to be done asap, so good candidate will be selected immediately.

My budget is $15, but minimal amount to offer here is $30, so i will expect you to do alike complexity task that i will need to be done in these days for the rest $15.

I need an indicator, there should be fields to set:

- Price (o/h/l/c/hl2/ohl3..)

- Start hour

- End hour

- 24 hour format

- Unique name

The trendline will start at the "start hour" on the chosen "price", and stops at "end hour".

I want this indicator to have a unique name (probably worked by "IndicatorShortName"..) field, so i could add many instance on the same chart and the instances should show up with my different names. I should be able to change colors and width of the lines.

***This is important, I want a trendline that plots instantly from the selected start and end times!! because regular plots just plot the lines as new bar comes, and instead I want that my trendline was drawn even in future time, if there are not bars yet. these will help as reference:
