Looking for mt4/trading-view specialist/programmer.

Question: Is it possible to create an indicator/EA such that if I were to highlight a current section on the price chart, I can identify where in the past historical data this same/exact/similar price movement occurred? Using historical past to paint the future. Copying previous market structure using anything similar to the bars pattern tool from Trading View. Copy current market structure and find where it fits the most with previous market structure and then using that to forecast future prediction. Try/test/experiment using this tool/method/strategy.
