Техническое задание

Hello.

Please take this job, only if you are used to Binary.com API and already did it before.  

All I need is:

1. A minimum payout filter.
2. Choose between expiration by ticks or minutes.
3. A simple indicator template, written in mql4.

That's it. No user interface, martingale, money management etc is needed. 

I already have a webhosting server waiting for this. I'm not looking for a ready commercial solution.
