Техническое задание

I need a professional developer to make a high frequency scalping trading system based on a moving average and the CCI,please no DLL on this system.

take profit must be based on money i set it to take ,with a trailing stop based on amount of money and also a stop loss based on money ,not pips or points.

there is also a possibility for after sell updates,i am looking to work with you in the long term
