Техническое задание

Hello,
i'm looking for a programmer who writes me a simple function for an EA.
The function should return the percentage distribution within the last closed candle.
Exactly the distribution of the components UpperShadow, LowerShadow and CandleBody of a candlestick in percent and not in points.
