Техническое задание

I am looking for some senior person, with knowledge of MT4 as well As dotnet/Python to 

1) Construction Given strategy ( Indicator based ).

2) Validation & fine tuning/ over coming glitches.

3) Testing & optimising on commodities & Dow Index (Non Forex)

4) Developing the same either to be able to execute trade /SL/TSL/TP automatically through Local broker's API. ( Integration or stand alone )
