Техническое задание

I am looking for 2 alert ---1) alert when there is a divergence between oscilator and price,   2) when 2anchor >10current vs previous   and 2 anchors <-10 current vs previous

ALERTS Required

 2Anchors>10 current and previous Lower high to continue with the trend
