Simple trade copier (same lot, no SL/TP, but with one twist)

Specific requirements:

4. It must copy immediately, with a maximum delay of 20 seconds. If 20 seconds have passed and the EA did not copy the trade (freezing, disconnection or whatever) it must not copy that trade.

5. It must have a simple time filter for setting the time that the EA is allowed to trade. For example, only from 4:00 am until 20:00 pm. It must not work at all outside the time that is set in the input.

3. The Buy 0.1 EURUSD on the master account hits SL. The EA sees it, and enters Buy 0.1 EURUSD on the slave account. But the EA will not enter this trade if the slave account already has a working EURUSD trade. As long as that EURUSD trade is working, the EA does not copy EURUSD trades and forgets the signals that it sees (SL hits on EURUSD on the master account).
