Auto close partial orders and move stop loss

Hi ,

I am looking to manage my target and stop loss in two different ways as below  : - 

1) I f the price reaches a certain level (this level should be decided by me), close a certain  percentage of my opened position (the % should be decided by me) and move my stop loss to a new certain level (the new level should be decided by me) . refer to image 1

2) I f the price closed above or below a  certain level (above in buy order ,below in sell order)  , move my stop loss to a new certain level (the new level should be decided by me) then wait if  the price reaches a certain level (this level should be decided by me), close a certain  percentage of my opened position (the % should be decided by me) and move my stop loss to a new certain level (the new level should be decided by me) .  refer to image 2

From MT5 , i will place my order directly (pending orders or market execution ) , each trade should be handle separate and independent .
