Convert MT4 template/indi to ToS ThinkScript

Техническое задание

I have an MT4 template and indicator I'd like converted to ThinkorSwim ToS Thinkscript. Neither the stuff on the template or indicator is overly complex, I just don't know MT4. I'm not worried if the colors don't match up 100% or anything silly like that, but I do need the data settings to be identical, i.e. if I pull up the same chart on MT4 and ToS side-by-side it should look pretty much identical. Files are attached. Please ask any questions and I will try to answer and/or elaborate the best I can. I can also explain what the indicators need to do if there is confusion. Thanks
