Техническое задание

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. it simply should generate fake views to a channel in the well known telegram messenger. 

. At the end i want fully automated tool or script, which i only can choose channel and amount of views and then let it run over the whole day. i want that my chosen channels receives instantly increasing views of every new post.
