Logic is simple and straightforward (outlined below).

Would expect all of the relevant variables to be modifiable via 'input parameters'.

Would also expect to receive the source code and all rights to it.

No idea what this type of job is worth, so please make suggestions and approximate turnaround times.

Buy Logic:
If the daily closing spot exchange rate of the currency moves up at least X percent above EMA (exponential moving average)
and remains so for D days, go long the currency and set trailing stop/take profit.

Sell Logic:
If the daily closing spot exchange rate of the currency moves down at least X percent below EMA and remains so for D days, go short the currency
and set trailing stop/take profit.
