I Need a COOL Signal/Indicator

I need a custom signal/indicator using Bollinger Bands, CCI and Stochastic. The signal/indicator would give me a sign, up (green dot) or down (red dot), when all these 3 situations below occur simultaneously (I will describe the indicator's configurations below). I just need the signal/indicator for H4, Daily and Weekly:

1. Stochastic should be overbought or oversold.  

2. CCI overbought (meaning above -150) or oversold (meaning below 150).

3. Bollinger Bands: the bar or bars must be overextended and have broken the BB lines either the lower band or either the upper band. So the bands should be always wide open, the bar (up or down) must be broken the band (see picture attached).  

Indicators Configurations:

- Bollinger Bands: 21 2

- Stochastic: 21 3 3, Price lines 90 and 10

- CCI: Input 21, Price line -150 and 150

Summarizing: the signal will pop when 1. we see big bar breaks (up or down) on the Bollinger Bands, 2. when we see the Stochastic above or below 90 or 10 and 3. when we see the CCI above or below -150 or 150.
