Data preparation

What I am looking for is an individual with the following skills sets  ;

1) importing and shaping data to certain specs
2) altering the (variable) spread, adding in volume commission

3) creating tick data sets as well open bar data sets
4) perhaps you have some custom scripts designed to assist in this process
5) good english speaking/written skills

For this job I require ; 10 pairs, 5 min TF, every tick variable spread averaged to X with Y volume commission added, to be uploaded, converted/shaped and uploaded into a MT4 loaded with Birts Tick data suite on a dedicated server setup for this purpose, the login details of which I will provide.

I'd like to learn the intracies myself along the way, too, so possibly expect that your duties may include teaching me, but my time is limited and this sort of work I prefer to be able call upon someone to supply this service.
