Custom watchlist dashboard indicator with price alerts.

Look at the attached graphic.

I want a dashboard watch list indicator where i add different pairs, set alert price and type of alert the indicator makes when price reaches that set price.

All the functions to be done/edited on the panel on the screen, not in indicator settings.

Functions:

Pair - I should add or remove currency pairs to the dashboard on the panel.

Alert price - I input the price to make alert

Proximity pips - This is the difference between set alert price and current price.

Proximity alert - this can be set in the settings. Where indicator makes an alert when current price is near set alert price by X pips.

Alert type - I want two types of alert, When price touch the set price or when price close beyond the set price. Indicator should allow me to choose which alert to look for.

A nice good looking graphical interface.

Ability to lock indicator to specific account number, or account name - I will edit this in the code
