🔊 HOW TO CONFIGURE CUSTOM SOUND ALERTS (.WAV)
To use custom audio notifications with TraidingA Level Alert:
1. File Format: Use sound files in .WAV format only. (MetaTrader does NOT support .MP3 or .OGG for native alerts).
2. Location: Place your sound file into the standard MetaTrader Sounds folder:
• In MT4/MT5 click: File -> Open Data Folder.
• Navigate up to the main terminal directory and open the "Sounds" folder.
• Paste your .wav file there (e.g., "my_alert.wav").
3. Indicator Settings:
• Open indicator inputs -> Group "=== SOUND AND ALERTS ===".
• In "Sound File Name" (InpSoundFile), enter the exact filename (e.g., "signal.wav" or "my_alert.wav").
• Ensure "Play Sound Notification" is set to TRUE.
Note: Standard Windows sounds or MT4 built-in signals (like "alert.wav", "email.wav", "news.wav") work automatically out of the box!
