BIOGRAPHY
I am Pakistan based Lawyer and Trader and only believe in technical trading and not a fan of fundamentals/news trading. I also do not believe in automated robots (EAs) and their trading results/performance. That is the reason I trade Price Action (PA) with Moving Averages and take trades manually. However, I do believe in the roll of EAs in ensuring good and sound money management (I use one for position sizing) but not for the purpose of taking the actual trading decision. I always try to leave losses behind without regret. Losses are part of the trading game and in order to win, one has to loose gracefully in the process but following an approach will make the end profitable. The process of trading learning is hard because everyone in this game has to find his own path and now I have been able to figure out my way to some extent. Learning Process changed many beliefs as trading is in the head, not out there on the charts. I believe that without proper money management, nothing else will work. This is the most important pillar of trading which is must for other two pillars (mind & method) to work. My rule of market is MM + Mind + Method=Success but MM is at top priority. I also believe that markets can not be predicted and they are more random in lower time frames. These are the personal setups where I place trades and outcome is always unknown. It is impossible to predict future and neither it is required to be successful as a trader. I believe we do not analyze markets but our trading system, regardless of mechanical, discretionary or combination systems.
My Trading System
I Day/Swing trade 16 Major Fx Pairs and GOLD, SILVER and Brent on PMEX MT5 Plate form. I risk 5% per trade and keep max 1 Open Trade with RR 1:2. I expect to loose 50 % of trades.
My System is based on following indicators
1. Daily Chart with 3/8/20/200 EMAs
2. 4 H Chart with 3/8/20 EMAs and Daily MTF 20/200 EMAs.
3. 1 H Chart with Daily MTF EMAs (W200E, D200E, D20E, 4H20E,1H20E)
4. Sometimes 15 M charts are used to see little more details about markets.
3. These indicators provides direction only and I look for setups around them by pure price action. I use classical technical analysis like trend lines, trend channels, Candle patterns and price patterns for confirmation and confluence. However Price action is the king which I consider to be 90% of trading system with a lot of discretion.
