I rented a MetaTrader VPS for the first time. During the setup, I had migration problems, so I canceled the VPS subscription several times while trying to solve the issue.
After that, I can no longer rent a VPS. The "Register a Virtual Server" option disappeared from MetaTrader 5, and my account appears to be restricted.
I also have a remaining balance in my MQL5 account, but I cannot use it for a VPS, and I cannot withdraw it either.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this restriction temporary or permanent?
How can I contact a human support agent?
Can MQL5 Support review my account and restore access to the VPS service?
