New brooms sweep the cleanest
This is a well-known saying in the Netherlands. It means that people do their best in the beginning. It might seem that this is how it works at the start of our "Amsterdam" signal. But we know that this performance is not exceptional for this system because we have often had very good weeks.
In the first days that the signal is live, good results have been achieved. That is more than 20% at this moment.
We hope that the coming weeks will also be nice weeks so that we have a buffer for somewhat lesser weeks. We continue to follow our algo ourselves and adjust it if necessary. We only intervene in exceptional situations. The agreement is that we only intervene after consultation.
