Angel Signal Panel is a chart-based market observer for MetaTrader 5. It reads native MT5 candle data and displays a compact decision panel directly on the chart. The panel combines EMA trend stack, MACD and RSI momentum, range structure, breakout context and latest closed candle confirmation. The output is intentionally simple: CALL / UP, PUT / DOWN, or NO PREDICTION, with confidence, selected symbol, signal timeframe, next-candle timing, spread status, UP and DOWN scores, agreement count
