OsMA представляет собой разность между линией MACD и сигнальной линией, понаблюдайте как они работают и отпадет вопрос почему индикатор может менять свои значения. Сдвиг на один бар был сделан чтобы алерт не орал раньше положенного, по этому сигналы на один бар запаздывают.
