#2 I have set draw pattern names ( But its not doing it )
#3 I am using this for crypto.. its 24x7 market .. ( Question: It only has days from mon to friday.. will it work on saturday and sunday ? )
Hi,
Thanks for your purchase and reaching out! I'm happy to help clarify your questions:
1. Setting a 1:3 Risk-Reward Ratio:
You can achieve this by configuring the Stop Loss and Take Profit using either pips or volatility (ATR-based) settings.
For example:
If you set the Stop Loss to 100 (volatility), then set the Take Profit to 300 (volatility) to maintain a 1:3 risk-reward ratio.
The same logic applies when using pip-based values.
2. Pattern Names Not Showing:
Could you please share a screenshot of your chart? In some cases, the pattern names appear above or below the signal candle, and if the chart is zoomed in too far, they might be off-screen.Try zooming out or adjusting the chart scale to see if the names become visible.
3. Crypto & Weekend Trading:
By default, the EA is designed for Forex markets, which operate from Monday to Friday, so trading is disabled on weekends. However, since you're using it for crypto (24/7 market), we can certainly provide a quick update to enable weekend trading. Just let me know, and I’ll have it arranged for you in some hours.
Let me know if you’d like the update or need further assistance with setup.
I am trying on inside bar. The stop loss should be above mother candle in case of pattern break down side. but i dont see that is happaning now
also when pattern detected.. it open two trade on buy and one sell ...
I am attaching my set file so you can see my setting and help me to rectify if i am doing anything wrong.
about 24x7 .. it would be great if you can do it
Hi,
Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing your set file and screenshot, it really helps.
I’ve just updated the EA to enable trading on weekends, so it’s now fully compatible with 24/7 markets like crypto.
Regarding the Stop Loss above/below the mother candle in Inside Bar setups: We understand the idea and agree it can be useful in some cases. However, we intentionally didn’t tie the SL/TP logic to specific candlestick patterns because it's often too subjective and varies widely between strategies. Instead, we’ve provided the option to define SL and TP using either pips or ATR (volatility-based levels).
In our internal testing, we’ve found that volatility-based SL/TP generally offers better protection and smoother performance, especially by avoiding premature stop-outs that often happen just above/below pattern formations.
That said, I’m happy to take a closer look at the trades being triggered. Could you please let me know the symbol name and timeframe you’re testing on? I’ll replicate the scenario on my end using your settings and help identify why multiple trades might be opening on detection.
