Hi i just purchased your EA and i downloaded mobile app i just can't login to mobile app it asking for password and I'm not sure which password is asking for . Is it my account password or mgl5 password i have no idea. Could you help. Please

The password needs to be set on our Windows app in the Mobile tab. So, install our Windows app first. There is a link to the manual and installation video on this page: https://runwisefx.com/app/

Hi .I purchased ultimate trade manager and then I purchased indicator combine alerts/stats and matrix. Now ultimate trade manager is on my list of indicators on mgl5 but when try to open its coming up as idicator combine so ultimate manager dispersed from my list and matrix doesn't even show as my purchased. Now I can't trade because as soon as I open ultimate trade manager all thing is going to calculation mode and my matrix which I added from libry not the one that I purchased is flashing and I can't stop this .Can you tell me what is going on?
