I purchased this indi and tried to apply it on chart. but it seems that it doesn't show any Heiken Ashi visualization on the chart.

how to see the changes in visual?

As mentioned in the product's blog the objects will not be drawn on the chart which will open up when you click on a signal in the panel. You will need to first install my free Heiken Ashi Smoohted indicator to the chart template. Please see the screenshot below which is from the blog. Please don't hesitate to contact me again if you are unsure how to create a chart template. I will then guide you through it.

I've bought this scanner. The panel keeps minimizing on its own whenever I move to another window, pls advise how to stop this.

It is true that the panel can me minimized on the chart in some rare cases. As I see it, it is a bug in Metatrader and unfortunately it cannot by influenced programatically. It can be solved in the following way. Please click on the chart Restore button so that the chart will not cover the whole workspace. Then click on the Restore button in the Panel list. Please make sure the whole panel is visible and not overlapping the lower border of the chart. After that you can maximize the chart again. That will solve it. Please see screenshot below for guidance.
