Connecting and Testing Custom Indicators:

The Custom Indicator Testing Module is used to connect and test your own indicators instead of built-in Strategies. This module works with most of the Arrow Indicators, automatically detecting their working principle. You only need to specify the 'Indicator Name' and 'Graphical Buffers', in which the indicator draws arrows. Scalper Inside PRO will do the next steps automatically.

1) Run Scalper Inside Pro and set [Select Strategy] = Custom Indicator

2) Enter the name of the Custom Indicator manually from the keyboard [Custom Indicator Name]

3) Select the graphic buffers of the Custom Indicator that displays arrows: Usually for 'Buy used Buffer-0', and for 'Sell used Buffer-1'

4) Make sure that the Signal Arrows of the Custom Indicator match the Signal Arrows that Scalper Inside Pro has built

5) After that, we can use the Scalper Inside Pro indicator in the normal mode but receiving signals from the Custom Indicator

For the correct operation, it is unnecessary to install Custom Indicators on the chart! The Custom Indicator is connected with default settings.

the Indicator has a huge DD, i have not back tested it as i'm still testing it personally on demo... the indicator passes/leaves many trades opportunities on a nice trend. i dont want rate it as yet. i personally enter the trade on the arrow indicator not on the suggested entry due to the huge DD. i'll do more 200 trades then will advise accordingly

Hi Miguel. We have talked before, and I immediately saw that you are an energetic and decisive person. These qualities are positive, but they can sometimes get in the way of trading. You're in a hurry, and that's understandable, but the market doesn't like that. You talk about DD, but an indicator cannot have DD because it is not an automatic EA. A big DD here is possible only if you take a lot of trading instruments at once and start to open positions round the clock on all the signals. If your target is to find the grail, which signals are always correct, then such a tool does not exist yet, unfortunately. Although, I am striving with all my might to create one, or as close to that term as possible. If you are interested, I can advise you to study the materials I showed you, study my blog, where I give examples and screenshots with comments. Successful trading takes time and practice. Let everything work out for you as a result, and you will change your opinion about the indicator! 👍
