there are no tolerance parameters in this product, all price interaction events are absolute, precisely as defined in the video intro.
dragging vertical control lines is one of the tools allowing one to easily tune the initial lines system.
Each trendline passes through 2 pivots, the left one is to the right from the left vertical line, and the right one is to the right from the right vertical line
1. Ensure you have the latest Metatrader build (788+): check it in Help --> About. If your current build is older, you can download the latest one as follows: Open a new Demo account with Metaquotes Demo server: File --> Open Account --> Add new broker --> Type "metaquotes" and hit "Enter", you will see the MQ server is found, then choose it and open a Demo in a standard way. Then wait a few minutes as the new build will be downloading. Then restart the terminal, maybe twice, until you see the build is refreshed.
2. Download Lineverse trial e.g. by clicking "Download trial" on the product page (on the left).
3. In the terminal, find Lineverse in the Market section. Right-click --> Attach to a chart. Then choose testing parameters: the default expert advisor (you won't need it but the tester by definition runs with an EA), the currency pair, the time range, the time frame. Enable visual mode. And run, here you go:

Thank you for the nice reference! You've spotted one of the indicator principal features to adapt to market conditions. One understands, however, that the price behavior can be rather unpredictable, and trading hints provided by trend lines should be treated with caution. That's why intentionally we do not advise on specific currency pair, timeframe and trendline settings. But, if you decide to use trendlines as a tool, Lineverse is really useful. Just drop it on charts, tune a little bit and see whether you see meaningful setups, and, usually, there is plenty. H1 EURUSD is one of current examples indeed, but be cautious, things can change. Also, you can instantly check Lineverse in Tester to check did the price respect trendlines in the past. To my memory, a year ago the EURUSD price behaved like crazy in the sense it tended to destroy any meaningful trendline on all minor timeframes; but that fact could also help a trader, as if you saw a meaningful trend line and the price was far away from it, you could have expected the price would jump towards the line and cross it both directions shortly. Overall, Lineverse is an instrument to quickly generate your own view of the market and its' temper, and see dozens of trading opportunities right away. Vice versa, it was so many times that a classical regime with the price ideally, bar-to-bar, respecting a clear simple trendline system, but a trader might had simply forgotten to draw one of the lines, then a major event oçcured, price soared or tumbled greatly and fastly merely to roll back to one of the forgotten lines. With Lineverse, you won't miss such an event. Etc., etc., don't forget the alerts you can receive to your smartphone or email, so you are not stuck to the trading screen.
Just to recall, you can test the indicator (trial version) for free, and rent the indicator for 1 or 2 month at less price.

oh i've just seen some indicators vendors mentioning if there's ever an update of whatever kind they would get it free but your indicator is dynamic with the market so should be never in your case............
i appreciate your honest answer and can't wait to use it for a month i'm going to open a broker forex acct here in the use to use your indicators. will you assist in setting up indicators especially like the red line ring/bell to be able to monitor the market to go in on a trade..........thanks

You are welcome, setting alerts is covered in our video between 1:27 and 1:32, but, basically, for the sound alert, you right-click a line, choose "Trendline properties" and enter "1" in the third cell from the left, then "ok", and that's it, the system will emit a sound upon price breaking-through/bouncing-from/rolling-back-to.
You will also notice a small bell icon pinned to the line.
