I kept forgetting to disable the auto-scroll before moving the chart. As many of you know, every incoming tick the chart was reset to the end, and this was quite annoying.
So I decided to write something that will detect when the chart is moved and disable auto-scroll automatically.
And this is how this tool was born.
Version 1.1 with increased precision, uploaded and should be available right after it is approved by a moderator.

Due to the differences between the versions it may require some rewrite and testig.
As I only use MT5 for trading myself. I wrote this and other tools for my own use and later decided to share them. So they all received and still receiving extensive testing.
I will look in to it and try to make a stable MT4 version, as it seems there is interest in one.

'Smart Scroll.ex5' version is too old, it should be recompiled
