I've tested this on another broker platform no problems (not sure if it's the same settings or instrument), but on this other broker platform I use these settings for XAU/USD, spread is 12 points fixed, and the settings I used is found on my photo attachment, you can see an error at the bottom when I clicked "sell".. At the moment, the software places the order without sending a stop loss. That is why the order is not executed.

I have answered this question by the user message but also here as well.
As far as we see the picture, the EA is disabled by the Terminal window.
First of all, "Auto Trading" should be enabled.
Hi there, please check. I've tested this on another broker platform no problems (not sure if it's the same settings or instrument), but on this other broker platform I use these settings for XAU/USD, spread is 12 points fixed, and the settings I used is found on my photo attachment, you can see an error at the bottom when I clicked "sell".. What error code is that for? Please help thanks
