Some people use several magic on one symbol, therefore it's better if you set magic manually.
For different symbols you can leave same magic number.
For this, how does it works? Will Simple Panel close all open orders when profit reach 100USD or will it only close orders for the current pair that I activate this function?

Yes. Panel will close all orders by backet loss/profit if the option is active.
