🔒 SAFETY UPDATE: All Features OFF by Default

For your protection, all features are now DISABLED by default.
This prevents accidental trade closures on first install.

✅ IMPROVED: Safer defaults for all features

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Configure your settings BEFORE enabling features
- Adjust Auto SL pips for volatile pairs (BTC: 1000+, Gold: 300+)
- Right-click EA > Properties > Inputs to configure

Alerts added for:
- Unauthorized symbol trades
- Lot size violations  
- Daily loss limit hit
- Auto SL applied

All features now require manual activation after setup.
